Hi everyone!

The last newsletter is some time ago. As of this week, the last character
has been illustrated, next up are the monsters and item artwork. Most of the
work besides this will now happen "behind the scenes":

I need to get into detailed discussions with manufacturers, I need to check
out logistics for shipping the game and refine the prices. And print some
prototypes for reviewers. But so far the rough price for the final game
seems to be in the 60 EUR range (around 70-75 USD) plus shipping for the
Kickstarter. This is mainly due to the massive amount of item and monster
cards (around 750 cards overall, many of them unique items). All will be
part of one big box (roughly 30x30x10 cm), and at least 3 of the 4 campaigns
will be included. Campaign number 4 (or at least part of it) will be
published together with the digital versions on Tabletopia and Tabletop
Simulator for everyone to test the game roughly 2-3 months before the
Kickstarter goes live. Newsletter subscribers will for sure be the first
ones to receive the link to these digital versions! Basically, the digital
releases are ready, but I want to include a bit more artwork and publish the
Kickstarter "Coming Soon" page, before I release all the versions.

The Kickstarter itself will most likely only contain two items:

-          A cheap (10 USD?) Print&Play option

-          The game itself (around 70-75 USD), including everything needed
to play 16 single scenarios or the 4 campaigns

-          Possibly one more item allowing to buy multiples of the game (for
example to send 5 copies at once)

Let me know any other topics that would interest you. I am planning a few
small videos currently to explain some basic rules and playing a few small
scenarios. But also written articles might be interesting, so just reply and
let me know what I should concentrate on.

Hallo allerseits! 

Der letzte Newsletter ist schon einige Zeit her. Seit dieser Woche ist der
letzte Charakter illustriert, als nächstes sind die Monster und das
Item-Artwork dran. Die meiste Arbeit darüber hinaus wird nun "hinter den
Kulissen" passieren:

Ich muss ausführliche Gespräche mit Herstellern führen, ich muss die
Logistik für den Versand des Spiels klären und die Preise festlegen. Und
einige Prototypen für Reviewer herstellen. Aber bis jetzt scheint der grobe
Preis für das fertige Spiel im Bereich von 60 EUR (ca. 70-75 USD) plus
Versand für den Kickstarter zu liegen. Das liegt vor allem an der riesigen
Menge an Gegenstands- und Monsterkarten (insgesamt ca. 750 Karten, viele
davon sind einzigartig). Alles wird in einer großen Box (ca. 30x30x10 cm)
enthalten sein, und mindestens 3 der 4 Kampagnen werden enthalten sein.
Kampagne Nummer 4 (oder zumindest ein Teil davon) wird zusammen mit den
digitalen Versionen auf Tabletopia und Tabletop Simulator veröffentlicht
werden, damit jeder das Spiel ca. 2-3 Monate vor dem Launch des Kickstarters
testen kann. Newsletter-Abonnenten werden auf jeden Fall die ersten sein,
die den Link zu diesen digitalen Versionen erhalten! Im Grunde sind die
digitalen Versionen schon fertig, aber ich möchte noch ein wenig mehr
Artwork einfügen und die Kickstarter "Coming Soon" Seite veröffentlichen,
bevor ich alle Versionen freigebe.

Der Kickstarter selbst wird höchstwahrscheinlich nur zwei Artikel enthalten:

- Eine günstige (10 USD?) Print&Play-Option

- Das Spiel selbst (ca. 70-75 USD), inklusive allem, was zum Spielen der 16
Einzelszenarien oder der 4 Kampagnen benötigt wird

- Möglicherweise ein weiterer Posten, der es erlaubt, mehrere Exemplare des
Spiels zu kaufen (z.B. um 5 Exemplare auf einmal zu versenden)

Sagt mir Bescheid, wenn euch andere Themen interessieren würden. Ich plane
gerade ein paar kleine Videos, um einige Grundregeln zu erklären und ein
paar kleine Szenarien anzuspielen. Aber auch schriftliche Artikel könnten
interessant sein, also antwortet einfach und lasst mich wissen, worauf ich
den Schwerpunkt legen soll.

Wenn Du eine Runde mit der fast endgültigen Version spielen möchtest (mit
